The Feldenkrais Method is a practical way to help us discover habits in our way of moving, acting and holding posture. It helps us learn to act and move in new ways which can help relieve pain, improve mobility and precision and find a practical way to work with the stresses of life.

It achieves this using gentle movements and enhanced body awareness.

Regular appointments are available in Dublin throughout the year.


Mark was highly recommended to me by a good friend, as Feldenkrais helped him hugely with a chronic back issue, when many others failed! Mark and I worked together just after I experienced a severe stroke, so had many physical issues, including Hemi paralysis. He worked wonders! Mark is a true Feldenkrais expert and Master with unrivaled knowledge and expertise, as well as a passion, enthusiasm  and flair for Feldenkrais which makes sessions with him enjoyable and a great learning experience too! I think what truly sets Mark apart is his razor sharp observation and intuition which means he can spot and address your very specific individual needs and ways you can practice feldenkrais to improve – hence his feedback and personalized sessions and adjustments are highly bespoke and effective.Mark helped me hugely,  and is a lovely warm easy going and non-Judgemental person, which makes him great to be around too, so working with him is a pleasure,  as well as super effective!
