I have had several sessions with Mark to treat a complicated back injury. the sessions have been very healing and helpful. Will be booking again.
When pain is caused or exacerbated by how we move or by our posture and way of holding the body, Feldenkrais can help to relieve or eliminate pain.
In a session my focus is to identify subtle movement patterns which may be triggering pain and help you find new ways to move which are painless or where the pain is reduced.
This is a gentle, subtle way to improve the cooperation between all parts of the body.
The Feldenkrais Method is a practical way to help you discover movement habits and alter them to produce greater comfort and ease.
