Stress impacts our breathing, posture and sense of bodily ease. Working with the body and increasing our awareness can be a powerful tool for working with the challenges of life.
Anxiety and stress is often part of life and it expresses itself in and through our body. In these sessions I help you to identify and relax bodily tension patterns and give you tools to return to a sense of ease and liveliness. We also explore the direct relationship between bodily tension and our thought process. Simple and gentle movements can also be done at home to help work with the stresses as they arise.
